Episode #030 - Turn That Frown Upside Down


"Turn that frown upside down," may be a saying that you hear from that overly cheerful person at the office, but did you know that their advice is scientifically proven to work? (Be sure to thank them today btw)

By forcing ourselves to smile and creating the habit, we can not only improve our mental and emotional stance, but it's proven to help with pain as well.

I don't want you to hurt yourself to test this out, but I do want you to intentionally smile more this week and I'm willing to bet you see a change in your outlook.

In this episode, I'll give you a couple of my go-to tips to immediately smile and reset your mental position so that you can take on anything.
