Think about the last time you got mad or upset by something. Chances are, in today's age, you didn't have to think back too far. Between a lowered level of societal respect, way too many volatile opinions on social media and a 24 hour news cycle, you likely got upset about something recently, if even a little bit.

In this episode I share my thoughts on how we manage our anger and frustration and how it's a lot like a tea kettle. I'll also share a couple of simple solutions to dropping the weight of your grudges and anger and moving on to a better, happier life.
