Episode #076 - Abolish Mediocrity


The feeling of accomplishment is one of pure joy. Knowing that you pushed yourself to greater heights, further limits and new knowledge of yourself is one that is not rivaled by many other feelings.

So why is it that we settle for the comfortable sweatshirt of “good enough” far too often?

While we sit here with greatness inside of us, waiting to be exercised, we often pull up short for one of many reasons.

In this episode, I share three of the most common reasons for mediocrity:

  1. Habit of self-pity

  2. An over-conservative mindset due to fear

  3. Trying to be everything to everyone

I’ll share some personal insights as I’ve fallen victim to all three of these myself and how you can push these aside to have more great moments in your life.
