It’s those days that just roll by without the highlights of anything special that seem to weigh on us in a negative fashion. We feel like time and life is just blowing by.

In this episode I will talk about the benefits of inserting moments of intentional joy into your life and how you can actually live a longer, happier life in the process.

I’ll also discuss a variety of methods to identify intentional joy activities and how to ensure that they happen in you day. One example I talk about is journaling, which I also discuss in an appearance on Fox 4 in Kansas City that you can see here.
