One of the first things we do in the morning is look in a mirror. Showing the reflection of who we are as beautiful individuals, but a staggering 65% of people don't like what they see when they look at themselves.

So, over half of us are starting our day with negative talk.

By mastering the communication you have with yourself in the morning, you can set the tone for a fantastic day, no matter what comes at you.

In this podcast, I discuss a couple of simple ways that you can change that approach and set yourself up for the best day that you can possibly have. I also explain how the same exercise in the evening will provide you clarity and a peaceful night's rest.

Episode #028 - Control Your Happiness
