Over $300 billion is spent every year in our country because people are too stressed out.

The mentality of extreme high performance, low life satisfaction and the pressure to be "on the grind 24/7" causes more problems than anything else in our day to day life.

In this episode, I will first debunk the "grind all the time" mentality. This is the type of mindset that will drive you into the ground if you're not taking proper care of yourself as well.

Second, I will give you several tips on how to implement intentional relaxation and recharging in your life. In just 20-30 minutes a day, I will help make you more productive and happy as you've ever been. And yes, you too have 20-30 minutes a day to do so.
