Episode #145 - Let the light in

Life is tough. Even before the pandemic, millions were dealing with issues that affected their emotional and mental well-being while keeping their feelings to themselves. Even with the conversation around mental health and self-care becoming more prevalent, there are still way too many people keeping themselves in the dark, out of fear, embarrassment, or sheer confusion on what to do.
